I’m an operator and entrepreneur with a background in process improvement at Kroger, marketing and sales leadership at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, and CEO experience at Hope Squad, where I scaled a mission-driven business to serve 2,500+ schools nationwide. Today, I run Reciprocity Holdings, where I build new ventures and acquire companies I can operate for the long term. My approach is hands-on: partner with founders who have built strong businesses, build on that foundation, modernize where needed, and guide the company into its next stage of growth.
I live in Cincinnati, OH, with my wife and three kids. We love the outdoors. I’ve summited Kilimanjaro and plan to climb Cotopaxi/Chimborazo in 2026 and Aconcagua in 2027.
